General policies and procedures

Patients are entitled to receive a full range of NHS treatments but we kindly ask patients to make every effort to keep their appointments, or ensure they give 24 hours notice to cancel.

All patient feedback, concerns and complaints are taken very seriously by Optima Dental Care. We have in-house procedures in place to help patients and the practice investigate any matters or problems that may have occured.

The practice reserves the right to refuse treatment for violent patients and they shall be removed from the premises by the appropriate authorities.

All electronic records of our patients are kept and, under the Data Protection Act, patients may request a copy of these records.
